Continental US shipping methods and estimated delivery times:

  • USPS Shipping Options USPS Logo
    • All orders shipped with the “standard shipping” option are created and packaged within 2 "business days" from the time your order is received. They are then shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail. The USPS estimates 2 to 5 business days for 1st Class Mail.
    • All USPS shipping options come with "delivery confirmation" which will allow you to track the original start of the package and final delivery of the package.
  • UPS Shipping Options UPS Logo
    • All orders shipped with UPS expedited shipping are created and shipped within 1 business day from the time your order is received. 3Day, 2Day, and Next Day delivery are based on business days only.
    • All expedited shipping options via UPS will have tracking and delivery confirmation.
International shipping methods and estimated delivery times:

    • All international orders shipped with the “standard shipping” option are created and packaged within 2 business days from the time your order is received. They are then shipped via International 1st Class Mail. The USPS estimates 10 to 16 business days for 1st Class International Mail. (Canada 6 - 10 days) *Please note customs or tariffs may apply.
    • Due to the fact that the package is handed over from the USPS to the international post there is no "delivery confirmation" or tracking once it leaves the US customs sorting facility.

Return Policy:


All sales from Just My Music are final. Because of the personalized nature of our products, no refunds will be issued. However, if the product you receive is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you may obtain a replacement (same pronounced name and spelling). To obtain a replacement for a damaged or defective CD:

1. Send an email to sales@justmymusic.com and describe the nature of the problem (if you do not have access to email, please enclose a letter with all of the information with your return). Please include your full name and the complete order number from your order, and the title of the product that is damaged or defective.


2. Repack the damaged/defective product just as you received it and return it to us at:

* Please note that all requests for replacement of damaged or defective merchandise must be placed within 14 days of the original order.
