All sales from Just My Music are final. Because of the personalized nature of our products, no refunds will be issued. However, if the product you receive is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you may obtain a replacement (same pronounced name and spelling). To obtain a replacement for a damaged or defective CD:
1. Send an email to email@example.com and describe the nature of the problem (if you do not have access to email, please enclose a letter with all of the information with your return). Please include your full name and the complete order number from your order, and the title of the product that is damaged or defective.
2. Repack the damaged/defective product just as you received it and return it to us at:

* Please note that all requests for replacement of damaged or defective merchandise must be placed within 14 days of the original order. After 14 days, you will no longer be able to request a replacement. Please inspect all merchandise thoroughly as soon as you receive it to ensure that your CD(s) work perfectly.
